Chantilly Highlands is located in Herndon, VA.  The neighborhood has 909 homes, ranging in date of construction (1980-1994).  Nearly every street has sidewalks and streetlights.  Community amenities include a playground, two playhouses picnic benches, two tennis courts and a community center complete with pool, baby pool and bath house. A paved bike path follows along a creek in Horsepen Run Stream Valley Park, connecting two sections of the neighborhood.

Everything is convenient to Chantilly Highlands. Giant, Sears Hardware, 5 restaurants and more are located less than a quarter-mile to the east at Franklin Farm Village Center. Food Lion, CVS, 5 restaurants and more are located a quarter mile to the west on McLearen Road. And Fairfax Connector buses provide AM/PM rush hour service to Herndon-Monroe Park and Ride, with express buses to the West Falls Church Metro Station. A child care center is located on McLearen, and our elementary school kids attend Oak Hill Elementary on Kinross Circle in the center of our neighborhood.
